Dutch Fred's restaurant name was inspired by Fred, the bar's namesake was a police officer that's said to have come up with the name for Hell's Kitchen as a neighborhood. Dutch Freds is just at hell's kitchen close to a group of other restaurants, on 307 west 47th street, Manhattan NY, 10036, they open on Mondays to Tuesdays by 4 pm – 4 am and on Wednesdays to Sundays by 11 am – 4 am, if you like live music come over on Saturdays and Sundays by 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
